Junior/Senior Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and tools.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory (liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice).
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, including taking orders and making recommendations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.

For Senior Level:

• Create and develop cocktail menus and seasonal drinks
• Supervise and train junior bartenders
• Manage bar operations during shifts and ensure service quality
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and cost control
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues
• Support marketing/events and promotions when required

Requirements

1. Relevant experience in bar operations (level will determine junior or senior position)
2. Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Positive attitude and team player
6. Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
