Senior Architect - Responsibilities
- Lead project implementation for private and public developments.
- Drive design direction and ensure alignment with client and authority requirements.
- Oversee design coordination and code compliance with consultants and team members.
- Manage project timelines, submissions, and deliverables.
- Mentor junior staff and guide technical teams throughout all project phases.
Junior Architect - Responsibilities
- Support design development and preparation of drawings and documents.
- Assist with coordination between consultants and project teams.
- Ensure design compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Participate in meetings and help document project progress.
- Contribute to design detailing and basic drafting tasks
Job Requirements :
Senior Architect
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong in design, client engagement, and project management.
- Preferably experienced in industrial building projects.
- Solid knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations.
- Experienced in contracts, with strong technical and site knowledge.
Junior Architect - Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Able to assist in planning and implementing industrial and related building projects.
- Good time management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong conceptual and presentation abilities.
- Able to liaise with clients, consultants, and support authority submission processes.
- Assist with site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and design compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Self-driven, quick learner, and able to work independently.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving design or coordination issues.
