Junior SAP Migration Manager (Microsoft Azure to Google Cloud Platform)

We are looking for an accomplished SAP Project Manager to spearhead the migration of the client's SAP landscape from Microsoft Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This individual will combine advanced SAP technical knowledge with strong cloud infrastructure expertise and a successful track record delivering complex initiatives within highly regulated enterprise environments.

This position plays a critical role in advancing our cloud modernization roadmap while ensuring uninterrupted healthcare service operations across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SAP migration roadmap, including cloud architecture design and cutover strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

• Select and adapt suitable project management frameworks and delivery methodologies to ensure structured execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Lead the complete SAP migration program from initial scoping and planning through execution, monitoring, go-live, and post-migration stabilization.

• Direct cross-functional teams spanning SAP Basis, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application support functions.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that meets quality standards.

• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical and healthcare regulatory requirements, including GxP, PDPA, and audit trail standards.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as SAP, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and system integrators.

• Provide structured reporting and updates to executive leadership, steering committees, and global technology stakeholders.

• Establish robust knowledge transfer processes, documentation standards, and operational readiness frameworks to support long-term system stability.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 7 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs, including at least three full lifecycle cloud migration initiatives.

• Strong expertise in SAP architecture, data migration strategies, and cloud infrastructure transitions.

• In-depth technical knowledge of:

  • SAP Business Suite on HANA

  • SAP ECC

  • SAP HANA Database

  • Enterprise system architecture

• Functional and technical familiarity with:

  • SAP Basis & Foundation

  • GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

  • Procure-to-Pay

  • Order-to-Cash

  • Back Office operations

  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

  • SAP HR

  • SAP BOBJ

  • SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

  • SAP Process Orchestration (PO)

  • SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)

• Proven hands-on experience managing SAP workloads on Azure and transitioning to Google Cloud Platform.

• Prior experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of healthcare IT compliance frameworks (GxP, PDPA).

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile credentials required.

• Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
