Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Sales Representative to support our sales team in growing JCO Analytics customer base. This role is ideal for candidates at the early stage of their sales career who are interested in technology, data, and analytics. You will be trained to handle the sales process, engage customers, and progress into a full Sales Representative or Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Support senior sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Conduct outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to generate meetings
  • Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems

Customer Engagement

  • Attend sales meetings and customer discussions with senior sales members
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and quotations
  • Follow up with customers on meetings, proposals, and next steps
  • Learn to communicate JCO.ai's analytics solutions and value proposition

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate internally with Sales Engineers and delivery teams for proposals
  • Assist in ensuring smooth handover of closed deals to implementation teams
  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and basic reporting

Learning & Development

  • Learn about data analytics platforms, dashboards, and implementation projects
  • Participate in sales training, product briefings, and coaching sessions
  • Gradually take ownership of smaller accounts or deals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity about technology and data
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or technology solutions is a plus
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
