We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Junior Sales Management Trainee. This role offers hands-on exposure to face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and events-based campaigns, with structured training and mentorship to support your professional development.

You will represent client brands during events and promotional activities, engage directly with customers, and support the execution of marketing initiatives. As you gain experience, you will progressively take on greater responsibilities, including assisting with campaign coordination, team support, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations and promotional activities at events

• Increase brand awareness and customer engagement for clients

• Work collaboratively with team members to execute marketing campaigns

• Support event coordination and campaign operations

• Develop leadership skills through involvement in team and project management

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
