Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying business opportunities through platforms like GeBIZ, Ariba, and Sesame.
- Prepare and issue quotations accurately and on time.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Follow up on enquiries to support order closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide updates on projects.
- Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and product sample dispatch.
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and delivery timelines.
- Support tender submissions and schedule customer meetings.
- Perform other tasks to support the sales team
