Job Description: Junior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms).
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Meeting Coordination
Schedule and fix meetings with prospective clients to present company offerings.
Prepare and deliver introductory presentations or pitches.
Relationship Management
Assist senior sales staff in nurturing client relationships.
Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth communication and progress.
Market Research
Gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Provide feedback to the sales team for strategy refinement.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Prepare weekly reports on progress and pipeline status.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
