We are seeking a proactive and energetic Junior Sales Executive to focus on preliminary canvassing and lead generation. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and approach potential clients, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary canvassing through cold calls, walk-ins, emails, and networking
- Identify and approach potential clients to introduce company's services
- Generate and qualify leads for follow-up by senior sales staff
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Gather market intelligence, including customer needs and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and maintain engagement
Requirements
- Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face canvassing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working Conditions
- Combination of office-based work and field canvassing
- Regular outdoor/client visits may be required
