Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales and Office Support professional to join our team in South East Asia Business, based in Singapore. This role offers excellent exposure to the asset management industry and provides a strong foundation for developing a career in sales, marketing, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist in fund marketing initiatives, including preparation of sales materials and marketing collateral.
  • Support client servicing activities such as responding to inquiries, arranging follow-ups, and maintaining high-quality after-sales service.
  • Conduct basic data analysis and assist in drafting market commentary or simple outlook summaries.
  • Prepare performance reports, presentation decks, and other client-facing documents.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of client meetings, conference calls, and business development activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the firm's product offerings and monitor key market events relevant to investors.

Client Onboarding & Internal Coordination

  • Support client prospect review, documentation handling, and onboarding workflows under guidance from senior team members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to CRM systems, sales activity logs, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams when required.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Provide general office administrative assistance, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and inventory management.
  • Support office safety, compliance, and business continuity processes.
  • Assist and collaborate with the office manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 13 years of work experience in sales support, client servicing, or a related role within financial services is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive mentality with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to anticipate needs, and the willingness to take initiative.
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investment products.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage; English proficiency is essential.
