Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and digitally savvy Junior Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and enhance our outreach through social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and business development.

What You'll Do

. Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and documentation

. Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents

. Coordinate with internal teams on project timelines and requirements

. Liaise with suppliers and vendors on pricing, availability, and orders

. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information

Sales & Social Media Support

. Assist in managing and updating company social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)

. Create and schedule posts to support marketing and sales initiatives

. Help generate leads and engagement through digital outreach

. Monitor enquiries from social platforms and route them to the sales team

. Support basic content creation (project highlights, product features, company updates)

Who We're Looking For

. Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field

. Familiar with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for business use

. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

. Good communication and coordination skills
