Job Summary
Loomis International Singapore is currently looking for a Junior Sales Admin to join the team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, including ITE students in Business or Logistics, who are keen to build a career in the bullion and currency markets. Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and gain hands-on exposure to sales operations, trade coordination, and the commodities industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents to support sales transactions
- Process client requests promptly to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Liaise with agents and airlines to provide updates and resolve enquiries efficiently
- Coordinate communication and activities with clients, airlines, agents, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth operations
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and finance to support sales processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes
- Generate and support sales team with regular reports and administrative tasks to enhance team productivity
- Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, to prepare documents and reports
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in logistics or any sales service industry to contribute relevant knowledge to the role
