Junior Relationship Manager, Private Wealth - Key Account Business Department
Responsibilities
- Assist in prospecting and gradually building the ability to prospect new clients, Support marketing initiatives
- Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios and identifying opportunities
- Gradually assume responsibility for a select portfolio of clients
- Provide administrative support, including account openings, documentation, and compliance checks
- Assist in preparing client reports, investment proposals, and meeting materials
- Respond to client queries and maintain high levels of service
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend investment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields; certifications like CFA or CACS are a plus
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, including equities, futures/options and wealth management products are a huge plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance standards; regulatory certifications are a plus
- Attributes: Professional, client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in wealth management
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/clients
