Job Description

  • End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing and screening candidates, and scheduling interviews, etc)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain an understanding of hiring needs and best selection criteria
  • Identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies and platforms, direct sourcing, as well as leveraging on the talent pool.
  • Preparation of offer letters, onboarding documentation, processing, etc.
  • Other administrative support duties

Requirements:

  • Possess 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability on data analytics skills and CEI certification will be added advantage
  • Quota or goal oriented
  • Independently motivated
  • Team player
