What We're Looking For

We are looking for researchers or consultants with at least 12 months recruitment experience who are interested in, or already specialise, in recruiting property, engineering or construction management. You will be joining the business to recruit within one of these markets so previous experience or knowledge would be extremely beneficial.

This is a 180 role which will transpire into a full 360 recruitment role, so will involve all aspects of agency recruitment including: making cold and warm sales calls, building up a network of clients and candidates, telephone and face to face interviews, meeting clients, attending networking events, writing quality advertisements and occasional industry articles and placing contract and permanent placements on both a contingent and retained basis.
