Project Overview (NSC N111 Project)

The North-South Corridor (NSC) N111 project is a major infrastructure development comprising approximately 2.76 km of dual 3-lane carriageway, including 1.28 km of tunnel works and 1.13 km of viaduct structures.

This project offers a unique opportunity to gain integrated experience across both tunnelling and elevated viaduct construction under Singapore LTA standards.

Following a recent extension of time, the project is expected to be completed by end-2029, providing candidates with a minimum of 3 years of stable project exposure.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of of working experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process of building construction
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Ability to deal with multicultural teams

Duties & Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Utilizing tools and templates for bid analysis and cost management
• Engaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor contracts
• Identify Value Engineering opportunities in the design and quantify the savings
• Updating repository for historical data
• Other ad-hoc duties assign

Working Hours

• 8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
• 8am to 12noon (Sat)
