Job Scope

• Tender and Contract documents administration

• Prepare BQ, cost estimation, and cost control

• Responsible for quantity take-off, claim preparations, variations, and final accounts

• Understand the market updates and construction cost trend

• Good knowledge in Contract and QS procedures and pricing

• Strong leadership skill and work independent

• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
