Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Material Ordering and budget tracking on quantities for main materials (e.g. rebars, tiles).
• Measurement, payment response, and evaluation of VO for the subcontractor.
• Measurement and VO submission to Client / Consultants.
• Ensure meticulous assessment of costs for all VO works.
• Advising project team on contractual rights.
• Source for suppliers/subcontractors and generate quotation reports.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1-year of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
• Good in PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage.
• Good team player.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
