Job Description

Responsible for contract documentation.
Responsible for taking off measurement.
Calling of quotation and review the subcontractors quotation for completeness.
Assist in preparing and reviewing project requirements, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.
Support sourcing and evaluation quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project budgets and costs under guidance, helping to identify cost variations.
Support contract administration tasks, including progress claims and payment certifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, quotations, and procurement records.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards.
Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.
Must possess at least a construction related degree.
