  • Tender BQ take-off
  • Understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work and non-material requirements
  • Detailed breakdown pricing and preparation of quotation for tender submission
  • Follow up on submitted tenders
  • Tender meetings and negotiations
  • Project and contract administration, including account receivables
  • Progress payment claims, VO & finalisation of accounts
  • Attending to sales enquiries
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Pre-requisite

  • Diploma in QS or equivalent
  • Min. 1year of relevant experience
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Well versed with MS Office Applications
