Junior Quantity Surveyor

ob Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Pick up quantity of materials for delivery which are extracted from the technical drawing and liaise with the relevant department on delivery and schedule
• Coordinate and work closely with Main Contractor and suppliers to meet project deadlines and meetings.
• Coordinate with supplier on delivery items and schedule.
• Able to handle and solve issues at site throughout the whole project.
• Responsible for monitoring of daily work process and project progress.
• Provide timely updates to the superior and the team
• Organize, manage and maintain proper documentations
• Usage of Microsoft applications including words, excel and outlook

Requirements

• Engineering or Civil / Structural Engineering Degree or Diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
• Preferred QS or site engineer experience
• Positive and keen to learn attitude.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task
• With relevant WSQ certification will have added advantage
• Working hours: 8 am to 5pm (Mon to Fri) 8am to 12.30pm (Sat)
