The Junior QM Executive supports the QM team in the preparation and execution of CONQUAS/QM assessments. This role focuses on site coordination, documentation, defect tracking and assisting senior team members to ensure units are prepared in accordance with required quality standards.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and are not limited to the following:
- Support the execution of the CONQUAS/QM programme through site preparation, unit readiness checks and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining defect and outstanding lists and follow up on subcontractors rectification works.
- Support coordination with subcontractors on QM preparation works, including meeting minutes and action tracking.
- Assist in tracking QM progress against target units and schedules.
- Maintain proper records, photographs and documentation required for QM preparation and assessment.
- Support monitoring of QM manpower productivity and daily site activities.
- Comply with workplace safety and site regulations.
