Key Responsibilities :
. Coordination & Communication :
Act as the main point of contact for clients provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
Maintain clear communication with engineers to ensure technical delivery meets client expectations.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
. Project Tracking & Reporting :
Monitor progress of ongoing projects identify and address potential issues in advance.
Lead weekly internal review meetings and present project risks and next-step plans.
Update and maintain task status and documentation in the project management system.
. Process Improvement & Analysis :
Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in optimizing project management processes for higher efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project-management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner).
Basic understanding of project-management principles exposure to Agile / Waterfall methods preferred.
PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage (not mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred Background: Experience in project coordination or support roles. Familiarity with the IT or MSP industry is an advantage.
