Job Description:
Oversee and organise the adoption, implementation and operation of allaspects of the Group Companies IT software projects. This includes co-leadingproject planning meetings, resource planning and overseeing progress ofprojects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope, commissioning and continualreview and improvement of projects post completion. Liaison between back endcoding team and domain users in the company to ensure successful developmentand deployment of projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and statusreports, as well as handling issues that occur during project execution.
- Adhering to project goals and co-developing plans to meet the goals.
- Organize and oversee meetings with internal andexternal teams involved to discuss project goals and progress.
- Conduit between internal domain subject matter experts and offsite codingteam.
- Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet theneeds of the business.
- Travel and attending client events where required.
Key Skills & Experience
- Good computer skills and knowledge of different softwarefor UIUX design, project management and product development purposes. E.g. Figma,Jira
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- High focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
- Driven, self-motivated and client focused.
- Confident and able to work well under pressure and meetdeadlines.
- Coding skill set a plus.
