Job Description

We are looking for a transformation and change focused junior Project Manager to join our projects. The Project Manager is responsible for driving transformation strategy and execution. This spans a range of projects and initiatives across the company, including process improvement and

automation, technology delivery, and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support throughout the entire life cycle of projects, including but not limited to:
  • Attending to the day-to-day operations of the Strategy & Transformation Office
  • Planning and strategizing on projects, from initiation to sign off, including active feedback and calibration of project status
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedule, budgets and expenditures while ensuring that project milestones are met
  • Ensuring that all project documentation, including requirement papers, project plans, and progress reports, are current and correct
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decision made during

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience with past projects from an end to end perspective
  • Manage multiple concurrent project workstreams, self-manage and prioritize workload
  • Clear and concise communication written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship, interpersonal and team skills with an aptitude to collaborate across teams, lines of business and products
