We are looking for a transformation and change focused junior Project Manager to join our projects. The Project Manager is responsible for driving transformation strategy and execution. This spans a range of projects and initiatives across the company, including process improvement and
automation, technology delivery, and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support throughout the entire life cycle of projects, including but not limited to:
- Attending to the day-to-day operations of the Strategy & Transformation Office
- Planning and strategizing on projects, from initiation to sign off, including active feedback and calibration of project status
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedule, budgets and expenditures while ensuring that project milestones are met
- Ensuring that all project documentation, including requirement papers, project plans, and progress reports, are current and correct
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decision made during
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience with past projects from an end to end perspective
- Manage multiple concurrent project workstreams, self-manage and prioritize workload
- Clear and concise communication written and verbal
- Excellent relationship, interpersonal and team skills with an aptitude to collaborate across teams, lines of business and products
