Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator / Junior Project Manager to support execution and tracking of technology and digitalization projects (Automation, MES, CSV, or IT/OT) Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences. The role will involve project planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
Key Responsibilities
. Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across engineering, QA, IT, and operationsteams.
. Support the Project Managerin maintaining project plans, dashboards, and action trackers.
. Facilitate meetings, MOMs, risk registers, and follow-up actions.
. Manage document control and review workflows (URS, design docs, protocols, test results, reports).
. Assist in vendor coordination and progress tracking for technical deliverables.
. Monitor milestones and prepare weekly status reports and project summaries.
. Contribute to continuous improvement in project documentation and governance processes.
Requirements
. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
. 2-6 years of experience in project coordination or junior PM roles, preferably in pharma / biotech / technology projects.
. Must have pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience
. Good understanding of digital / automation / IT system lifecycles.
. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
