Junior Product Manager - Alternatives

Your role :

If so, we're looking for a Junior Product Manager - Alternatives to:

. coordinate Alternatives product launches end-to-end, owning timelines, checklists, and stakeholder actions to deliver on-time go-lives.

. gather and structure launch inputs from key partners, clarifying requirements early and keeping the workstream unblocked.

. develop and maintain high quality marketing and launch materials, ensuring presentations, factsheets, and core messaging are accurate, consistent, and client-ready.

. drive targeted launch communications, internal updates and distribution plans so client-facing teams have what they need for distribution.

. support the approvals workflow, coordinating reviews, tracking changes, and ensuring materials meet regulatory standards.

. execute several post-launch activities.

Your team :

You'll be joining our UGA Product Management Marketing team in Singapore. We support the end to end launch of alternative investment products. We create clear, compliant and compelling marketing materials. We enable smooth internal and external product launches for UBS end clients.

In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating product launches from first input to post launch activities.

You'll support the creation and execution of client‑ready marketing content. You'll help ensure launches are timely, compliant and of the highest quality.

Your expertise :

. ability to create clear and well‑structured presentations and written materials for clients.

. initial experience supporting product launches or cross‑team initiatives.

. initial experience in the Private Markets and Alternatives field.

. interest in working with compliance and approval processes for client‑facing documents.

. strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.

. confident written and verbal communication skills in an international setting.

. university degree in business, finance or a related field (or close to completion)
