Junior Portfolio Analyst #ESY

Job scope:
. Responsible for tracking of consolidated RRA and RDF metrics and Credit KPIs across regional countries

. Perform monitoring of regional countries portfolio and highlight the key and emerging risks to ensure that sound portfolio quality is maintained.

. To source for new data sources for analytics and reporting purpose

. To perform regular GRD UAT and other relevant UAT (eg. EDAG, R2WEB) exercises

. To support Risk Assurance Analytics and Governance Assurance Analytics

. To support the enhancement to the governance process and transition to the smart oversight model by leveraging on data, analytics and advanced technology (e.g. GenAI).

. To perform data verification and host system behavior checks (from data perspective)

. To undertake ad hoc projects (e.g. Policy Governance Platform and Policy Chatbot) as part of Group CPG Collective Agenda

. To play a supporting role in the establishment and implementation of the policy & governance platform to support the oversight process

Skills Set Requirements:

. Degree holder with background in Mathematics, Statistics, Business and Finance preferred.

. Familiar with portfolio monitoring and segmentation strategy, exposure to Basel Capital Rules, credit scorecards and analytics techniques

. Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, SAS Programming, Enterprise Guide, Python, Decision Tree tools and SQL database.

. Experience in a Group regional role with knowledge of country business and regulatory landscape will be an advantage.

. Analytical mind with sound business acumen, highly meticulous and self-motivated. A strong relator with good communication and presentation skill (verbal and written).

. Preferably have audit review experience and Quality Assurance experience is a plus.

. A keen learner and enthusiastic to take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
