Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in project execution for platform upgrades and new features
Gather requirements, raise user stories, and conduct UAT
Collaborate with tech/design teams on workflows and screen designs
Monitor platform performance and suggest improvements
Handle daily inquiries from Relationship Managers on trading platform
Prepare documentation, guides, and support post-implementation activities
Ensure timely resolution of production issues and maintain system stability

The Talent

Degree in Business/Finance or related field
1-2 year exp in banking or investment products (equities, unit trusts, FX)
Basic understanding of equity markets and trading principles
Exposure to system projects or platforms like Avaloq/Finacle is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Plus: Experience in launching online services for investment products and high-net-worth clients
