Job Responsibilities
- Manage communication between Sales & Marketing team to ensure all are aligned with product delivery strategy.
- Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Conduct internal and market analysis to identify key areas of growth for new products.
- Help build and improve resilient internal processes that will allow the business to scale quickly.
- Issuing invoices and airway bills to customers and counterparts.
- Reply to customer inquiries via email and on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of appropriate software including Ms word, excel, power point, google etc.
- Possess at least Nitec education
