We are seeking motivated individuals to join our organisation as a Junior Marketing Management Trainee. This role provides hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and events-based campaigns, supported by structured training and mentorship.

The successful candidate will support the execution of marketing campaigns, represent client brands at events, and engage customers to build brand awareness. With experience, you will progressively take on responsibilities in campaign coordination, team support, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute face-to-face marketing and promotional activities at events
• Build brand awareness and engage customers on behalf of clients
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Assist in coordinating event operations and team activities
  

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Able to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles
• No prior experience required structured training provided
