The Associate will support the Marketing Executive and Secretariat team in executing AutomationSG's marketing and event initiatives. This role focuses on tactical activities such as campaign implementation, content creation, event coordination, and programme management to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials (printed and digital) for campaigns, events, and social media.
- Draft and edit copy for newsletters, social posts, and promotional content under guidance of the Marketing Executive.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, including database preparation and distribution.
- Monitor and update AutomationSG's website content and digital channels.
- Track campaign performance metrics and compile reports for review.
- Maintain and organize media assets (photos, videos, graphics) for easy access and reuse.
Events & Programme Management
- Provide logistical and operational support for AutomationSG events, including seminars, roadshows, and flagship programmes.
- Coordinate event registration, attendee communications, and on-site support.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in booth setup, event flow, and sponsor/partner coordination.
- Conduct pre-event outreach (calls, emails) and post-event follow-up (surveys, feedback collection).
- Document event outcomes and prepare post-event reports.
Conference Programme Curation
- Support the curation of conference programmes, ensuring alignment with event objectives and audience needs.
- Maintain and update the programme schedule, coordinating changes and ensuring accuracy.
- Liaise with speakers to confirm presentation titles, speaker profiles, and presentation materials.
- Track submission deadlines and ensure timely collection of speaker content.
- Assist in preparing programme booklets, agendas, and digital schedules for distribution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Polytechnic background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn), email marketing tools (eg Mailchimp), and basic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to multitask under tight timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bonus: Experience in event coordination, video editing and artwork design
