Job description
Our client is seeking a Junior Market Research & Data Analyst to support membership growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse membership, event, and engagement data to identify growth opportunities and under-served markets.
Build and maintain clear, interactive dashboards (e.g. Power BI).
Conduct desk research on potential new markets and support country prioritisation.
Analyse surveys, events, and campaigns, translating data into simple, visual insights.
Work cross-functionally with membership, events, and marketing teams support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field up to 2 years experience.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and BI dashboarding skills.
Comfortable with data cleaning, analysis, and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in using AI tools for research and analysis.
Curious, organised, and eager to learn in a small, agile team.
