Your Tasks
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure accuracy across warehouses and channels, and resolve discrepancies
- Order & Distribution: Manage orders, inbound shipments, and outbound deliveries for online, retail, and wholesale channels
- 3PL Management: Serve as main contact for 3PL providers, monitor SLAs, manage returns, and drive process improvements
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure product quality, document processes, and implement preventive measures across logistics
- Reporting & Improvements: Track KPIs, analyze costs and lead times, and support initiatives to optimize supply chain performance
Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics or operations, with strong intercultural competence and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field
- Skills & Mindset: Strong problem-solving, analytical capabilities, structured and hands-on approach with ownership
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, SAP (SD/MM/WM), and BI tools, with ability to leverage data for process optimization and performance improvements
