Junior Logistics Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily receiving and shipping operations of the Singapore transit warehouse
• Coordinate the goods flow between the Singapore warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse and destination customer
• Follow up with international freight forwarders, air/sea freight providers and courier companies
• Verify and manage documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing list
• Track cargo status and report any abnormalities to the Shenzhen team in a timely manner
• Assist in negotiating local service contracts (courier, transportation, insurance

Job Requirements

• Diploma in supply chain / Min O level with at least 3 years of experience
• At least one years of working experience in electronics components is a plus
• Familiar with logistics management business process
• Good communication and ability to communicate with China counterparst
• Ability to move heavy cartons at times (10kg+-)
