Responsibilities
- Support safe and efficient execution of LNG voyages and terminal operations for an owned fleet, with growing exposure to owner responsibilities.
- Support voyage and cargo operations; nominations, ETA/ETD updates, coordination with terminals/agents, and ship/shore communication.
- Track LNG operational parameters and escalate exceptions.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation.
- Support cost tracking and accruals; assist with invoice checks.
- Assist with demurrage/dispatch data preparation and claims support under guidance.
- Support compliance tasks.
Qualifications
- Degree in Maritime or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in vessel and terminal operations
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with shipping consortium agreements.

- Salary Range: Up to SGD 5,500 (negotiable depending on the qualifications), Allowance, Variable Bonus provided.
- Working Day & Hours: Monday to Thursday: 0800hrs-1715hrs / Friday: 0800hrs-1600hrs
