Junior Architect/ Landscape Architect

Job Description

. Contribute to the design thinking and process

. Translate the design ideas into design solutions

. Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development

. Construction documentation and site inspection work

. Project management and coordination, ensure projects are carried out within contract terms and schedules

. Participate in client, consultant and contractor meetings

. Coordinate on plans submission and liaise with relevant authorities

. Able to travel as and when required

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

. Bachelor/Master in Architecture or Landscape Architecture or equivalent

. Good grasp of written and spoken

. Minimum 1-2 years experience in landscape design with some projects experience

. Able to work independently as well as be a good team player

. Creative, design proficiency, good visualization and graphic skills

. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Software packages

. Excellent conceptualization skills and able to articulate concepts into design and details

. Excellent organization skills

. Sound knowledge of trees and plants, their form, physiology, growth habits and landscape materials
