Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy trainee to join our dynamic IT team. This role offers hands-on experience across both IT infrastructure and software development (including AI and automation initiatives). You'll work closely with our system administrators and developers to support real-world projects that enhance business operations and drive innovation.
Infrastructure & Systems Support:
- Provide assistance in system setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting (Windows, Linux, or MacOS).
- Monitor system health, network activity, and server performance.
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including virtual machines, storage, and networking basics.
- Help manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure and software development.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or willingness to learn (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Basic knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows or tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins) or infrastructure-as-code.
