Junior IT Software Developer

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• 0-1 year of experience in software development (internships acceptable).

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:

  • Python

  • Java

  • JavaScript / TypeScript

• Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integration.

Trading/Financial Knowledge (Preferred)

• Understanding of stock markets, equity trading, derivatives, or forex.

• Familiarity with trading concepts such as:

  • Order types (Market, Limit, Stop-Loss)

• Basic knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, ETFs, futures, and options.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Willingness to learn financial domain concepts.
