Junior Investment Banker, Analyst/Assoc

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions across diverse industries.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and scenario planning.
• Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and marketing materials.
• Perform industry and company research to support transaction strategy.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred.
