We're looking for a Junior Interior Designer / Architectural Designer who is curious and craft-driven, ready to explore material palettes, support concept creation, and contribute to beautiful, sophisticated residential interiors.
Design & Concept Development
- Assist in creating design concepts rooted in contemporary aesthetics and material exploration.
- Craft mood boards, spatial layouts, and design narratives focused on tactile experience and modern living.
- Produce sketches, drawings, 3D models, and renderings that communicate design intention.
Detailing & Documentation
- Help prepare technical drawings, elevations, and detailed documentation with accuracy and care.
- Research and source materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture aligned with our studio's design language.
- Support the development of specifications and schedules, ensuring design cohesion from concept to completion.
Project Collaboration
- Work closely with senior designers, contractors, suppliers, and artisans - especially those who bring material craftsmanship to life.
- Attend residential site visits, assist with measurements, and participate in design reviews.
- Collaborate on presentation materials that articulate our contemporary, material-focused approach.
Creative Contribution
- Bring ideas, references, sketches, and curiosity to team discussions.
- Stay attuned to contemporary design trends, innovative materials, and new fabrication techniques.
- Explore ways to elevate everyday living through thoughtful spatial design.
What You Bring
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience strong portfolios from internships or school projects are welcome.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite rendering software knowledge is a bonus.
- A refined design sensibility with strong awareness of materiality, proportion, and contemporary aesthetics.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and the drive to craft meaningful, beautiful spaces.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn within a design-driven team.
