Junior Infra Project Manager

Job Summary:

· Support delivery of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and hardware implementation projects.

· Coordinate project schedules, risks, meetings, and project documentation.

· Work closely with engineers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

We are looking for candidates who has:

Project Management Experience

· 2–5 years of project coordination or junior project management experience.

· Exposure to infrastructure, server, networking, or cloud implementation projects.

· Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Project Management Best Practice

· Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

· Support project tracking for scope, issues, risks, and timelines.

· Maintain RAID logs, meeting minutes, and project reports.

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement

· Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage

o Tender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chart

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive C level clients

· The ideal candidate will project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
