Your new role
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Coach managers on HR processes, policies, and tools, including performance management, talent development, and compensation
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent employee experiences
- Drive HR initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and overall experience
- Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, best practices, and legal compliance
- Serve as a single point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns
- Communicate and implement HR policies and processes across assigned business units
- Foster strong relationships, trust, and open communication across all levels
- Lead and support local HR initiatives, employer branding, and key people and culture activities
What you'll need to succeed
- HR/Business Management diploma/degree
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Knowledge of local regulations and Employment Act
- Independent, team-oriented, and strong communicator
- Excellent English skills
- Professional and integrity-driven
