Role Responsibilities:
.Handle workpass applications, especially for Work Permits.
.Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and training activities.
.Coordinate training matters and record keeping
.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, including personnel files, payroll.
.Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters to foster positive employee relations.
.Support the implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
.Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, guest visits, and coordination of office events.
.Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal companypolicies.
.Manage travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings and visa applications.
Requirements:
.Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration, or a related field.
.Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on experience in recruitment.
.Experience in work pass applications.
.Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
.Excellent communication and inter personalskills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
.Strong understanding of Singapore employment lawsand HR compliance
