Job Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR function including recruitment process - posting ads, recruitment, interviews, selection, confirmation, exit, etc.
  • Oversees the monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Ensure maintenance & accuracy of employee records and personnel files.
  • Handle dormitory related matters.
  • Handle Employment Pass matters (applications, renewals & cancellations).
  • Ensure compliance with all regulation Labor laws, Employment laws, Grants.
  • Prepare for appropriate learning interventions in collaboration wiith external training vendors for key development areas.
  • Monitor HR cost and administration expenses.
  • Perform any other and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Experience in the HR field within construction industry has an advantage.
