Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Advisory & Employee Relations

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line management on policies, performance management, coaching, counselling, career development, and other employee matters.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee issues while ensuring fairness and compliance with regulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to staff and management on HR matters, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, and staff administration services.

HR Operations & Initiatives

  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives that support business growth and workforce planning.
  • Involve in annual HR exercises, including staff planning, cost budgeting, performance management, annual increments, and variable bonus recommendations.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required by the HR Business Partner Lead.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure HR processes and recommendations are in compliance with the Employment Act and organizational policies.
  • Proactively identify gaps or areas for improvement and propose creative and constructive solutions.
