You will be part of a team focused on designing, deploying, and scaling AI-powered solutions for customers across a variety of industries. Working closely with experienced engineers and customer stakeholders, you will gain exposure to real-world AI implementation, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

As a Junior Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will support the delivery of production-grade AI systems within customer environments. You will work across the solution lifecycle, from implementation and deployment to monitoring and continuous improvement. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience applying AI technologies in real-world scenarios while learning from senior engineers and contributing to customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer engagements by helping design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to the development of agentic AI workflows that interact with tools, systems, and multiple data sources.
• Develop and maintain production-quality code, integrating AI models and agents into cloud-based environments.
• Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously improving deployed AI solutions.
• Support the validation of technical outcomes and communicate results to customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to transform prototypes into scalable, reliable, and business-ready solutions.

• Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language such as Go or Rust.
• Familiarity with modern AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, data modelling, and system design principles.
• Experience contributing to software development projects using collaborative and version-controlled workflows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and learning agility with a customer-focused mindset.
