Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Field Technician to support troubleshooting and repair of printer equipment. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work and interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluation, troubleshooting, and repair of printer products (carry-in service)
- Provide professional customer support and service experience
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment for effective service delivery
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues
Requirements
- NITEC in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Computer-related discipline or equivalent
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome (training provided)
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Possess own motorbike with Class 2B license is an advantage
