You'll be the hands-on specialist ensuring our data monitoring systems are installed, configured, and integrated smoothly at customer sites. You'll combine technical delivery with a strong learning mindset and a passion for innovating how our clients monitor and control their operations.
What you'll do:
- Install, configure, test, and calibrate data monitoring hardware and software at client sites within Singapore.
- Commission systems and integrate them with clients IT/OT networks, including SCADA/ICS, PLCs, dashboards, and data workflows.
- Troubleshoot field issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site and remote support as needed.
- Create clear service reports, update knowledge bases, and contribute to best practices for reliability and performance.
- Gather field feedback on performance and usability collaborate with product/engineering to drive improvements.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance manage customer relationships and expectations.
What you bring:
- 2-3 years in field service (fresh grads are welcome), system integration, or installation for data monitoring or industrial automation.
- A demonstrated learning mindset and innovative mindset ability to quickly pick up new tech and propose improvements.
- Technical skills: networking fundamentals, data acquisition, edge devices, experience with data monitoring platforms, alarms/dashboards familiarity with SCADA/ICS, PLCs, IT/OT concepts.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently willingness to travel within Singapore.
- Nice-to-have (not a must): vendor certifications (e.g., Networking, IIoT, AWS/Azure basics), familiarity with MQTT/OPC UA, experience with dashboards (Grafana/Tableau), cloud data ingestion.
