As a Junior Executive at Catalyse, you will combine digital fluency and writing skills to real-world projects, making a tangible impact while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. From crafting communications to supporting client work, your ability to work across digital platforms and express ideas with clarity will directly shape how organisations think, lead, and act. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to work that matters, while developing skills that extend far beyond the internship. High-performing candidates may also have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
This position is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents as we are unable to provide work authorisation for those seeking.

Skill Requirements:
Strong interest in marketing, content strategy and business operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and alignment with organisational mission and values
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with digital platforms, marketing tools, and content management systems (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
Availability for a full-time internship (minimum 6 months)

Familiarity with Canva, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms
Experience and willingness to use AI platforms or tools to enhance, streamline, and optimise content creation and workflows
Basic graphic design skills with an eye for clean, engaging visuals
Experience with WordPress
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Marketing & Writing
Develop and execute content creation and writing across digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, blogs, electronic newsletters) for marketing campaigns
Craft clear, persuasive copy for marketing and organisation-facing materials, tailoring writing to different audiences, including blogs, focal pieces, training materials, and internal communications
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials
Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
Contribute to brand storytelling that aligns with organisational goals and values
Develop and execute comprehensive content across digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and website content) to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Continuously refine messaging and content approaches based on audience insights, industry trends, and organisational priorities
2. Business Operations & Growth
Support day-to-day business operations, including reporting, documentation, and client deliverables
Assist in planning, coordinating, and collate relevant information pre and post workshops and events
Maintain and improve internal systems such as record-keeping and data tracking to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information
Prepare presentations, reports, and client materials with strong attention to detail and professionalism
Conduct market research to support business development initiatives
Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from planning through to execution and evaluation
Provide administrative and strategic support to leadership, including ad hoc projects and priority initiatives
Handle additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Strategy.
