Role Description

The Junior Editor role is a full-time hybrid position based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Editor will support the creation, editing, and publishing of lifestyle and editorial content across FACT's platforms, ensuring content meets the brand's high-quality standards and appeals to its diverse, international audience. Responsibilities include proofreading and editing articles, collaborating with the editorial team on content planning, conducting research, and ensuring brand consistency in tone and style. Additional tasks involve contributing to social media and email marketing campaigns, assisting in the production of digital and video content, liaising with contributors, and supporting event-related communication.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and grammar.
• Experience in content creation, editorial planning, and digital storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems for publishing and monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of video content production, including short-form media for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and ensure factual accuracy in all content.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with team members and external contributors.
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• A keen interest in lifestyle, dining, wellness, and digital media trends is a significant plus.
